In Kazakhstan, the passage to a real market has been widely discussed. Companies are not yet ready for market connections because there is no a clear ready system to go to market connections of certain businesses. This is a complex process. For example, only some of the economic mechanisms can be accepted as or by market shape. As a result, the potential companies are not moving towards a market progress.

In the given article the authors examined the problem of monitoring and assessment. Problem is that the evaluation takes place in comparison of one student’s achievement with other. Authors propose a criterial assessment of students’ knowledge as a way of solving this problem. The article considered the importance of criterial assessment, how to generate, form and develop these criterion. There are given some examples of criterial assessment and their descriptors. The presence of descriptors makes a possibly another two important components: self-assessment and moderation. Objective assessment at criterial approach is conditioned with fame and clarity of devising criteria, and "equality" of these criteria for all participants in the educational process. A transition to a "criterial knowledge assessment" means the specification of the knowledge, skills and competencies of students, diagnosing and filling the knowledge gaps.

When students know, appreciate and respect the culture, customs, traditions and the language of other countries and people, they are proud to present the culture and traditions of people or the region where they live. It cannot be out of the question to say about any hostility, competition or superiority. The development of socio-cultural competence plays a special role in the modern world where inter-ethnic relations are worsened, where there is a great importance of patriotic and international education. Socio-cultural competence implies a willingness to live and interact in today’s multicultural world.

SPIRITUAL QUESTS AND OBSTACLES - AN INTERDISCIPLINARY APPROACH

Nicolae Stanciu

Universitetskaya str., Karaganda, Kazakhstan,100028

Various types of quest, present in the most different genres of stories, ranging from fairy tales to Hollywood movies about the self-made-man, are founded on an ancient narrative pattern of initiation, in which the protagonist is supposed to overcome a series of obstacles that define his development as an individual. Explicitly or implicitly identified with ‘the evil’, the obstacles which are to be met are a mere pretext for the inner evolution of the protagonist, for his ‘growing up’, and for his understanding the difference between the ‘true’ and the ‘false’ values of the world. This narrative pattern is equally frequent in religious or spiritual myths all over the world, in alchemy, while modern psychology envisages it in the process of the individualization of human personality. This paper explains how obstacles contribute to the development of the protagonist in his quest for his inner reality, or identity. In all the highlighted cases, it appears that obstacles are only apparently ‘evil’, as overcoming difficulties is associated to accepting and integrating them, rather than fighting against them. Overcoming obstacles brings higher awareness of what is ‘good’ and what is ‘evil’, which is the ultimate aim of the protagonist’s quest. Therefore, the paradigmatic purpose of all quests can be regarded as the protagonist’s evolution towards a higher inner reality, attainable only if/when obstacles have been ultimately overcome. This paper also explains how obstacles, as ‘the evil’ are to be integrated and not fought against by the protagonist.

This article is devoted to the diachronic study of the English Indefinite and Perfect Aspects of the Old and Middle English languages. Aspect is a grammatical category that expresses how an action, event or state, denoted by a verb. According to the history there are different opinions of appearing English verb aspect. The only aspect which has the synthetic form is the Indefinite Aspect. All the aspects existed in OE period were given by the form of the Indefinite aspect till they formed their own analytic forms. There was no distinct grammatical form of the aspect in OE, but there was the meaning of aspect in the content. The examples given in this article witness the existence of the Indefinite and Perfect aspects in OE period. In the Middle English period there were some changes in making sentences in Indefinite and Perfect aspects. During the ME period the English language changed from the synthetic to the analytic type of the language and it wasn’t able to designate aspectual meaning with the help of suffixes.

It is known that a crime is an act, if it meets the mandatory requirements, such as illegality, public danger, guilty and punishable. The absence of any of these signs means the absence of a criminal act. In some cases, being similar in appearance with the above specified signs of a crime, at the same time it may be deprived of those requirements, in other words it is not a crime. They cannot be, for example, self-defense, causing harm during the arrest of the offender, the urgent need of physical or mental coercion, justified risk, pursuant to an order or instruction. The article deals with geopolitical aspects of new trade blocks that are either being negotiated or already in existence. The crisis of the multilateral trade system and the inability to accomplish the Doha round led in first place to an immense spread of free trade area agreements. However, as a reaction to a continuing bad economic situation in the West, together with increasing coordination of the BRICS countries, new trade blocks are being built. Trade blocks naturally involve geopolitics and three presented examples will demonstrate this clearly. Emphasis in the article will be put on the USA-led projects of TTIP and TPP, the Eurasian union led by Russia and the revival of the Silk Road by China. Briefly mentioned will be also integration efforts in Latin America. In all three cases, the potential of the trade block, together with possible risks will be analyzed, focusing on geopolitical shifts on global level.

The paper deals with the ebbs and flows of grace between Russia and the European Union. It identifies a two-strand approach to this issue: the interpretation of Russia and EU as two different administrative and economic systems, and the interpretation of the Russia-EU relations from the geopolitical perspective. It points out the risks of the geopolitical interpretation and emphasizes that security in the 21st century cannot be based on dominance, but on mutual guaranteed dependence.

This article first proposed glycoluril and its derivatives as flame retardants for rubber. The effect of the flame retardants was studied on the mechanical properties of rubber; in addition the degree of fire protection was determined. It was shown that rubber with addition of tetra-N-methylolglycoluril together with a synergistic blend of flame retardants has an excellent degree of fire protection in comparison with serial fire resistant rubber.

The symmetrically substituted derivative of a four-member ring 1,3-diaza-2,4-diphosphetidine, 1,3-bis(4-phenylthiazol-2-yl)-2,4-bis(N,N-diethylamino)-1,3-diaza-2,4-diphosphetidine 1 has been obtained by reaction of 2-amino-4-phenylthiazole (II) with tetraethyldiamido-tert-butylphosphite (I). The solid-state structure of compound 1 was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 contains the relatively unusual planar NPNP-ring with trans-arrangement of substituents on the phosphorus atoms. As follows from stereochemical analysis of data obtained from the Cambridge Crystallographic Data Centre (CCDC), this arrangement of the diazadiphosphetidine occurs quite rarely. DFT results revealed, that nitrogen nonbonding electron pairs undergo an enhanced delocalization into proximal bonds upon planar arrangement of the NPNP ring, however, a simultaneous increase of the ring antiaromaticity is also observed.

This article is devoted to the search of different curative systems for rubbers based on isoprene rubber, which is optimal for a number of properties of the material resulted. The synthesis of filler was carried out. The fumed silica is as a filler, the former improves thermal and mechanical properties of rubbers. Testing new compounding showed that the resulting rubber-based isoprene rubber has actually improved its heat resistance and higher tensile strength and tear strength; new compounding of rubber based on already applied accelerators was developed as well. As a result of this research the addition of active filler in the rubber mixture was found to improve many characteristics of the mixture, and the most importantly the growth of the industrial city Karaganda is possible from the economic point of view.
