The main function of the trade-union organizations is consolidation of interests of workers and protection of their interests before the employer. The history of development of trade unions shows how difficult it is to satisfy needs of workers in the conditions of the market relations. While during the Soviet period trade unions were the appendix (addition) of the management of the enterprises which did not have real force of influence since the state was the employer, today trade unions try to represent interests of hired workers in practice. However, lack of experience of participation in processes of regulation of social and labor relations affects activity of trade unions and increase of level of mistrust to them from society. The government of the country is interested in development of trade unions since it is one of the most mass public organizations, by means of which development of social partnership in the social and labor sphere is possible.

In the given article the authors examined typical feature of onomatopoeia phonetic structure and semantic description. Onomatopoeia are units of language and use the sound of a language, so they can not be completely identical to the natural sound of each language in its own sound mastering the outside world in accordance with the features of its phonetic system. The subject is expressed in all the studied languages at the onomatopoeic verbs the subject is expressed. Subjects onomatopoeic verbs often are living beings, which produce effects - emit certain sounds (e.g.: a cat can meow, a dog – to bark, a horse – to neigh, a snake – to hiss, a rooster – to crow, etc.). The subjects can be the names of inanimate nature or names of people. The subjects of modifications are possible only on the lexical-semantic level. In relation to the same subject may use a few onomatopoeic verbs. Onomatopoeic word meeting in the different contexts, interacting with other words, semantically enriches, which in turn leads to an expansion of its associative possibilities. Onomatopoeia of different languages do not coincide with each other, but often have a similarity. Among the studied languages, onomatopoeic words in English and German languages show a greater degree of similarity.

Interaction between rhenium (IV) and acetylacetone in the presence of zirconium (IV) in water-ethanol solutions was studied using spectrophotometric method. Based on the analysis of absorption spectra of test solutions it was concluded that in the system Re (IV) - Zr (IV) - HAA - ethanol - water new complex containing various metalsis formed. The effects of various factors on the absorption of solutions (time, concentration of acetylacetone, ethanol content) were studied. The optimal conditions of complex formation were found, the ratio of Re:Zr in complex was determined.

Keywords: spectrophotometric method, complex formation, rhenium (IV), zirconium (IV), water-ethanol solutions.

In this work investigated photocatalytic activity of the films of titanium dioxide nanoparticlec and "core-shell" structures. By stirring films with dye molecules of methylene blue and their ultraviolet radiation a decrease of its optical density associated with the photodegradation of the dye is observed with the lapse of time. The calculations showed that at the dye photodecomposition without catalyst the efficiency was 6,25%. The efficiency of the dye photodecomposition using films based on spherical nanoparticles of TiO2 was 35,4%, and for the "core-shell" structure was 76,6%. From this it follows that the film based on the "core-shell" structure has the best photocatalytic properties. №540-Ф-16 Institute of Molecular Nanophotonics, E.A. The present paper is devoted to obtaining and research of polyurethanes based on 2,4- and 2,6 toluene diisocyanate and polyol synthesized by step-growth polymerization of phthalic anhydride and 1,4-butanediol. Firstly heterocyclic derivatives of glycoluril containing thiazole moieties were used as cross-linking agents for modification of polyurethane elastomers. Physical and mechanical properties of polymers synthesized were studied by modern methods. Elastomers cured by 2-aminothiazole derivatives exhibit high values of hardness, tensile strength, and modulus of elasticity.

The progressive impact of man’s economic activity on the natural environment has reached a level at which significant changes occur in the chemical composition of the soil cover over vast areas. Environmental impact assessment is a process that facilitates the adoption of an ecologically oriented management decision on the implementation of planned economic and other activities through the identification of possible adverse impacts, environmental impact assessment, public opinion accounting, development of measures to reduce and prevent impacts.
